We also provide individualized employee coaching in an effort to assist employees with their professional development and increase opportunities for growth.
We utilize behavioral assessments across many organizational levels including hiring and selection, employee development, team building, succession planning, and conflict management. In addition, we use these assessments to help employees identify their behavioral strengths and coach them on how to adjust when there are areas of needed improvement.
Our team helps structure and guide doctoral students toward completion of their degree. Our coaches are experienced in providing constructive and targeted feedback in order to keep students progressing forward. Coaches provide assistance with alignment, writing, methodology, statistical analysis, research design, and preparation for oral proposal and defense.
